- When is the “Shell Bonus Card All-Round Rebates” promotion held?
- Purchase Shell FuelSave and Shell V-Power Nitro+ with Shell Bonus Card;
- Purchase Shell FuelSave Diesel with Shell FuelSave Diesel Card;
- Purchase at Shell Select Convenience Store (excluding rice, cigarettes, Shell promotion premiums, and other specified goods), purchase Pacific Coffee, 3M Car Care Service, lube service, and car wash service with Shell Bonus Card or Shell FuelSave Diesel Card.
- How do I register for the promotion?
- Customers who have already finished registration on Shellsmart.com do not need to register again. They can choose voucher by logging into the website, or call 2435 4789 to choose voucher according to voice instructions.
- Existing cardholders who have not registered on Shellsmart.com need to finish registration in order to accrue spending and enjoy rebate. Spending made within the month of finishing online registration will be accrued but the earliest date of eligible spending is 1 January 2016.
- If customers are not yet Shell Bonus Card holders, they can obtain Shell Bonus Card application forms from Shell stations. Customers will receive an email from Shell within 2-3 weeks after they have submitted the application form. They need to click the link provided in the email to set up password, update contact details, and choose voucher. Spending made within the month of finishing online registration will be accrued, but the earliest date of eligible spending is 1 January 2016.
- I have just applied for Shell Bonus Card, when can I register on Shellsmart.com to participant in this promotion?
In general, customers will receive an email from Shell within 2-3 weeks after they have submitted the application form, and then they can go to Shellsmart.com to complete online registration.
- I have Shell fleet card, can I participate in this promotion?
Sorry, but this promotion is only applicable to Shell Bonus Card or Shell FuelSave Diesel Card customers.
- During 1 – 31 January, I spent $500 on Shell Fuelsave and $800 on Shell V-Power Nitro+, how many vouchers do I get?
$800 spending on Shell V-Power Nitro+ would be accrued as $1000. Plus $500 spending on Shell Fuelsave; the total accumulation would be $1500, which is eligible for one $50 voucher.
- I have spent in total $3500 on gasoline, how many vouchers do I get?
With $3000 accumulated spending, you are eligible for two $50 reward vouchers; the remaining $500 will be accrued for meeting the spending requirement in the remaining of promotion period.
- I registered for the promotion in the evening but had filled up gasoline with Shell Bonus Card this morning; would the purchase amount be eligible?
Spending made within the month of finishing online registration will be accrued, but the earliest date of eligible spending is 1 January 2016.
- I have refilled $1505 gasoline today, can I enjoy the rebate now?
Sorry, the cut-off day of spending accumulation is the end of each month. Customers who meet the required spending will receive reward vouchers via mail. Customers must ensure correct address is provided upon registration on Shellsmart.com.
- If I visit Shell station 10 times and spend $300 on gasoline each time, can I enjoy rebate?
Yes. This promotion requires a customer to accumulate $1500 spending to enjoy a $50 reward voucher, and does not limit the number of visits.
- Can I participate in the promotion by making purchases with fuel coupons or discounts?
Sorry, the spending amount to be accrued in this promotion must be net of fuel coupons and discounts.
- May I use more than one Shell Bonus Card in this promotion?
Customers should use one Shell Bonus Card to accrue spending, since both Shell Bonus Card and the accrued spending amounts shall not be transferable.
- I forgot to bring my Shell Bonus Card when I refilled. Is that purchase amount eligible?
Customers must present Shell Bonus Card at refill in order to accrue purchase amounts.
- How can I check the spending amount that I have accumulated?
Customers can log in to Shellsmart.com to check the spending history 24 hours after registration.
- When will the fuel vouchers be sent out? Is a voucher sent out every time the spending requirement of $1500 is met?
The cut-off days of spending accumulation is the end of each month. Shell will send out the vouchers according to the spending amount of customers. If the amount does not meet $1500, it will be accrued for meeting the spending requirement in the remaining of promotion period.
- How do I receive the voucher?
Reward vouchers will be sent out to customers via mail. Customers should ensure correct address is provided upon registration on Shellsmart.com. Otherwise Shell shall not be responsible for any non-delivery arising therefrom and the reward vouchers will not be re-issued.
- How do I know if I have earned a reward voucher successfully?
When vouchers are sent out to you, you will receive an SMS message informing you the amount of reward voucher that you will enjoy. You can also log in to Shellsmart.com to check your spending record.
