HKACE Customer Service Excellence Gold Award

Shell Gas (LPG) has been awarded the Customer Service Excellence Gold Award (Field & Special Service) by Hong Kong Association for Customer Service Excellence (HKACE) as a recognition of the quality customer service offered by its field service team.
Ms. Anne Yu, General Manager for Shell Gas (LPG) in Hong Kong and Macau, said, “We are pleased to have received the recognition. I would like to take the opportunity to thank all the staff for their great effort in achieving the encouraging results. The field service team of Shell Gas (LPG) offers customers a wide range of services, including repair and maintenance, safety check, appliance installation and 24-hour emergency service.
