For 12 years in a row, Shell Hong Kong Limited (“Shell”) has been recognised in the Customer Service Excellence Awards. The yearly awarding program is put on by the Hong Kong Association for Customer Service Excellence (“HKACE”) in order to commend Hong Kong’s most outstanding performers in the area of customer service culture.
