Remarks:

  1. The participant of this Promotion must be a yuu Member who has completed the binding of his/her yuu Member account within the Shell App before transaction.

Terms and Conditions:

Hong Kong: Binding yuu Member Account within Shell App

  1. Shell Hong Kong Limited (“Shell”) is the host of this campaign. This campaign is applicable for purchase at Shell Hong Kong stations (except Shell dedicated LPG filling stations).
  2. Member benefits and rewards are available to customers for the entire duration of their Shell GO+ and yuu Loyalty Programme membership.
  3. Customers can earn yuu points instantly by binding their yuu member account in the Shell App.
  4. Customers who have completed the binding of their yuu member account within the Shell App (“Members”) must present their in-app digital QR code or one-time password to the pump attendants or cashier of the participating stations before payment upon their qualifying purchase to earn yuu points.
  5. Members will receive yuu points for all purchases at participating stations (except tobacco products, rice, Shell promotion premiums, and other specified goods).
  6. Members will receive 1 yuu point for every HK$1 purchase at participating stations. Any purchase which translates to a fraction of points earned would be rounded off to the lower whole number. For example, a purchase of HK$208.90 at Shell Select convenience store will earn you 208 yuu points.
  7. Shell has the discretion to add or deduct yuu points from the Members’ yuu Loyalty Programme account based on the Members’ purchase at participating stations.
  8. Participating stations may have seasonal offers, which will reward members with extra yuu points for specific purchases. Details of these offers will be announced in the Shell App and/or by the respective participating stations.
  9. Shell reserves the right not to issue yuu points in conjunction with other offers such as promotions or discounts, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  10. Transactions made using yuu points to redeem product, service, vouchers or coupons will not earn yuu points, aunless explicitly stated otherwise.
  11. Yuu points earned as part of yuu Loyalty Programme can be redeemed via Shell App and fulfilled at participating stations.
  12. Points redemption can only be availed by the Members.
  13. Points once redeemed cannot be reversed. Items purchased against yuu points will not be refunded or exchanged.
  14. Shell will not bear any responsibility in any case of temporary interruptions and suspension of Shell GO+ system due to scheduled or regular/ ad hoc system maintenance work, downtimes attributable to internet or electronic communications or events of force majeure, which caused failure of earning yuu points.
  15. Shell reserves the right to determine, vary or change, or impose restrictions, or remove from time to time, the type, frequency or quantum of qualifying purchases eligible for Member benefits and rewards, without prior notice or assigning any reasons whatsoever.
  16. Shell reserves the right to determine, vary or change the terms and conditions of this campaign without prior notice.
  17. Shell reserves the right to the final decision in case of disputes. This campaign is subject to other terms and conditions of yuu.
  18. The timing for updating earned yuu points may be delayed in certain circumstances, but Shell will process it as soon as reasonably possible.
  19. If there are any discrepancies between the English and the Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

Hong Kong: Earn 10X yuu Points for the first transaction at Shell

  1. This offer is valid from 00:00 (HKT) on 1 February 2026 to 23:59 (HKT) on 30 April 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
  2. This offer can only be enjoyed once per designated customer during promotion period. 
  3. Customers must be valid members of both yuu and Shell GO+ to participate in this promotion.
  4. This offer shall not be applicable to the purchase of Shell Recharge service (including Shell Recharge service at Shell gas stations). 
  5. Each Shell GO+ account may receive a maximum of 10,000 yuu Points throughout the Promotion Period.
  6. Customers must successfully link their yuu account in the Shell App prior to the transaction and present their Shell GO+ One-Time Code (OTC) for verification before payment.
  7. Customers must fulfill the specified spending requirements to be eligible for yuu Points rewards. Details are as follows:
    a. Tier 1: With $400 to $599 spending in 1st transaction -> Earn 8,000 yuu Points (valued at HK$40 Shell Cash Voucher in yuu App) 
    b. Tier 2: With $600 or above spending in 1st transaction -> Earn 10,000 yuu Points (valued at HK$50 Shell Cash Voucher in yuu App)
  8. All yuu Points earned from this promotion will be credited to eligible yuu member accounts next month of your purchase. 
  9. No points refund or exchange policy is applicable to this offer.
  10. Shell Hong Kong Limited reserves the right to make the final decision in case of disputes and to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
  11. In case of any dispute, DFI Development (HK) Limited and Shell Hong Kong Limited shall have the right of final decision. Other yuu Terms & Conditions apply.

The details are as follows:
    • Tier 1: December accumulated gasoline purchase exceeds November total by 25 litres -> Earn 14,000 yuu Points (valued at HK$70 Shell Cash Voucher in yuu App)
    • Tier 2: December accumulated gasoline purchase exceeds November total by 50 litres -> Earn 30,000 yuu Points (valued at HK$150 Shell Cash Voucher in yuu App)
    • Tier 3: December accumulated gasoline purchase exceeds November total by 75 litres or above -> Earn 50,000 yuu Points (valued at HK$250 Shell Cash Voucher in yuu App)

  7. Customers must provide a valid and accurate yuu Membership number via the designated page and submit successfully for the registration to be counted. Duplicate submissions or repeated use of Shell GO+ member numbers and yuu Membership numbers will be deemed invalid without prior notice.
  8. All yuu Points earned from this promotion will be credited to eligible yuu Member Accounts on or before 15 February 2026.
  9. The above offers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash or other products/services, and may not be resold or forwarded.
  10. The membership systems may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled or unexpected maintenance, internet or communication disruptions, or force majeure events. Shell Hong Kong Limited shall not be held liable for any failure to redeem the offers due to such circumstances.
  11. Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions set out herein.
  12. In the event of any fraud or misconduct, DFI Development (HK) Limited and Shell Hong Kong Limited reserve the right to immediately disqualify the member and pursue legal action.
