Instant Earn and Rewards With GO+

General Terms and Conditions:

1. This promotion runs from November 1, 2026 (00:00 HKT) to December 31, 2026 (23:59 HKT) (“Promotion Period”) and consists of two reward months: November 2026 (“Month 1”) and December 2026 (“Month 2”) (each a “Reward Month”).
2. Participants must be registered Shell GO+ Hong Kong members and hold a valid Shell GO+ membership account, fulfil all specified participation requirements and successfully submit the Shell App registration form during the Promotion Period in order to participate.
3. Each Shell GO+ account only needs to register once. Qualifying transactions will be counted from the first day of the Reward Month of registration and will not be backdated to any earlier Reward Month. For example, participants who register in December 2026 will only have December transactions counted, and will not be eligible for Month 1 rewards or the Completion Reward.
4. Each participant’s total volume of Shell V-Power Racing and/or Shell FuelSave Gasoline purchased in qualifying transactions from October 1 to October 31, 2026 (“October Baseline”) will be the fixed baseline for both Month 1 and Month 2. Growth in Month 1 will not raise the target for Month 2.
5. Qualifying transactions must meet the following conditions:
   a. Purchase of Shell V-Power Racing or Shell FuelSave Gasoline at Shell stations in Hong Kong;
   b. The Shell GO+ account is presented before payment and the transaction is successfully recorded in the account, or payment is made with a registered Shell Card (fleet card customers only);
   c. The Shell App registration form has been successfully submitted;
   d. Push notifications are enabled in the Shell App to receive target achievement and reward notifications;
   e. Shell is authorised to share the Cathay “Asia Miles”membership information provided with the relevant organisation for reward processing purposes (if applicable).
6. Monthly fuel rewards:
   a. Participation Reward: Registered participants whose total qualifying fuel volume of Shell V-Power Racing and/or Shell FuelSave Gasoline in a Reward Month matches or exceeds their October Baseline will receive one (1) Participation Reward for that Reward Month. The Month 1 Participation Reward is 250 Shell GO+ points; the Month 2 Participation Reward is one Shell Café beverage voucher.
   b. Incremental Reward: Participants who purchase 25 litres or more above their October Baseline in the same Reward Month will receive one additional Incremental Reward; 50 litres or more above the October Baseline will earn two Incremental Rewards in total (i.e. 50 litres in total above the October Baseline, not 25 litres plus 50 litres).
7. For each Incremental Reward, participants may choose one of the following:
   a. 200 Asia Miles; or
   b. Redeem one (1) Shell GO+ point for one (1) HK$50 Klook gift card; or
   c. Redeem one (1) Shell GO+ point for one (1) HK$50 HKTVmall e-voucher; or
   d. Redeem one (1) Shell GO+ point for one (1) HK$50 Jumpin Gym U.S.A. token e- voucher; or
   e. Redeem one (1) Shell GO+ point for one (1) Shell Shiny Automatic Car Wash voucher.
8. Completion Reward: Registered participants whose total qualifying fuel volume of Shell V-Power Racing and/or Shell FuelSave Gasoline matches or exceeds their October Baseline in both Month 1 and Month 2 will receive an additional 500 Shell GO+ points. The Completion Reward will be awarded once only during the Promotion Period, after the end of Month 2.
9. Cross-purchase Reward: Participants who purchase qualifying fuel in a Reward Month and, in the same Reward Month:
   a. use a Shell car wash service will receive an additional 250 Shell GO+ points;
   b. spend HK$100 or more in a single transaction at Shell Select will receive one Shell Select selected gift.
   Cross-purchase Rewards may be earned in addition to the Participation, Incremental and Completion Rewards.
10. Any spending on cigarettes, rice, promotional products and other designated products at Shell Select shall not be counted towards the HK$100 qualifying spending requirement.
11. Instant Coupons: Registered participants may scan a designated QR code at the station to receive instant conditional coupons, including an extra HK$5 car wash discount and a HK$5 discount on selected Shell Select products. Coupon conditions, validity period and applicable products shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the respective coupons.
12. Each Shell GO+ account may receive a maximum of one Participation Reward and two Incremental Rewards per Reward Month, and a maximum of one Completion Reward during the Promotion Period. Only one of the above reward options may be selected for each Incremental Reward.
13. Shell will verify eligibility and process rewards based on the first successful submission of the participant’s information. Once submitted and confirmed, the information cannot be changed or cancelled.
14. Shell Card customers: Drivers must register with their Shell Card number and Shell GO+ membership number, and pay for fuel transactions with their Shell Card. Each Shell Card may be linked to one vehicle registration number only. Where the same Shell Card is registered with different mobile numbers, only the first registration will be counted. All rewards will be credited to the registered Shell GO+ account. The October Baseline for Shell Card customers will be based on the qualifying fuel volume of that Shell Card in October 2026.
15. All rewards will be issued in the following month: Month 1 rewards will be issued on or before December 31, 2026; Month 2 rewards and the Completion Reward will be credited to the eligible member’s account on or before January 31, 2027.
16. Rewards that require redemption with one (1) Shell GO+ point must be redeemed via the Shell GO+ account within the designated redemption period after issue. Unredeemed rewards will expire after this period.
17. Customers must provide a valid Shell GO+ One-Time Code (OTC) and complete verification before each payment for the transaction to count as a qualifying transaction and to enjoy the offer (except for business customers paying with a registered Shell Card).
18. All participation records are based on Shell Hong Kong Limited’s system records, which shall be final and binding.
19. If there is any change to the registered Shell GO+ mobile number or Shell Card number during the Promotion Period, participants shall contact Shell Customer Service to update the relevant information. Failure to do so may affect the verification of eligibility and/or reward fulfilment.
    
    
20. Participants who choose miles or points rewards must provide an accurate and valid Cathay  membership number, and authorise Shell to share this membership information with the relevant organisation for reward processing purposes. Duplicate submissions or use of the same membership number will be deemed invalid without further notice.
21. Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash or other products/services, and may not be resold or forwarded.
22. Shell Hong Kong Limited will not bear any responsibility in any case of temporary interruptions and suspension of system due to scheduled or regular/ad hoc system maintenance work, downtimes attributable to internet or electronic communications or events of force majeure, which caused failure of redeeming and using of this offer.
23. Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions.
24. In the event of fraud or misconduct, Shell GO+ and Shell Hong Kong Limited reserve the right to disqualify participants and pursue legal action.
25. Shell GO+ and Shell Hong Kong Limited reserve the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this promotion and its terms at any time without prior notice.
26. This promotion is governed by the laws of Hong Kong. In case of any dispute, Shell Hong Kong Limited reserves the right of final decision.
27. In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.

3. A "Single Net Transaction" applies to the final amount of a single transaction after deduction of all applicable discounts, reductions, cash rebate and value of gift vouchers. For the avoidance of doubt, the promotion is not applicable to the following types of transactions: payment of shipping fees, purchase of e-Gift Vouchers, any transactions that are subject to unposted/ falsified/ cancelled/return of goods and/or refund; all fund transfers, or any other payment transactions as specified by Citibank from time to time.
4. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion is not applicable to transactions made via any eWallet or 3rd party payment methods (e.g. Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, AlipayHK, WeChat Pay, Octopus or Tap & Go, etc.).
5. Citibank will determine the eligibility of Cardholders to participate in this promotion, as well as the eligibility of the transactions based on Citibank's records.
6. In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which the offers were awarded, Citibank reserves the right to deduct from the Cardholder’s credit card account or bank account linked to the relevant debit card the equivalent amount of the offers without prior notice.
7. Cardholders’ credit card accounts and or bank accounts must be valid and with good record during the promotion period and the fulfilment period in order to be eligible to receive the offers, otherwise Citibank reserves the right to forfeit the offers without prior notice.
8. Cardholders must keep and submit the relevant original credit card sales slips and/or other documents in respect of the transaction for inspection upon request by Citibank. All documents submitted to Citibank will not be returned.
