Terms & Conditions:

1. This promotion will start from 17 April 2026 [07:00] and end on 31 May 2026 [23:59] (“Promotion Period”).

2. There are four (4) Scuderia Ferrari HP merchandise items available during the Promotion Period. Details of the merchandise styles and prices are as follows:

i) Scuderia Ferrari HP 2026 Hoodie – Medium / Large Size (Retail price: HK$1,099)
ii) Scuderia Ferrari HP 2026 Driver T‑Shirt – Medium / Large Size (Retail price: HK$799)
iii) Scuderia Ferrari HP Team 2025 1:5 Scale Driver Helmet Model – Charles Leclerc / Lewis Hamilton (Retail price: HK$549)

3. Shell GO+ Members who complete the following qualifying transactions during the Promotion Period will be entitled to receive “Scuderia Ferrari HP Merchandise Cash Voucher(s)” for each qualifying transaction which will be issued to the member via the Shell App and may be used to purchase Ferrari HP merchandise at a discounted price . The cash voucher shall be valid for 30 days from the transaction date. Expired cash vouchers will not be reissued. Details of the qualifying transactions are as follows:

i) Upon completion of a single transaction of 25 litres of Shell V‑Power Racing on Wednesdays and Saturdays, a HK$50 “Scuderia Ferrari HP Merchandise Cash Voucher” will be awarded.
 ii) Upon completion of a single transaction of 25 litres of Shell V‑Power Racing on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays*, a HK$100 “Scuderia Ferrari HP Merchandise Cash Voucher” will be awarded.
 iii) Upon the purchase Shell Helix Power 0W-40 Engine Oil (4L) or Shell Helix Protect 0W-30 Engine Oil (4L) (RRP: $955), a HK$100 “Scuderia Ferrari HP Merchandise Cash Voucher” will be awarded.
 iv) Upon the purchase of any auto car wash service at Shell gas stations, a HK$20 “Scuderia Ferrari HP Merchandise Cash Voucher” will be awarded.
 v) Upon the purchase of a designated Best Picked Model Racing Car at Shell Select, a HK$20 “Scuderia Ferrari HP Merchandise Cash Voucher” will be awarded.
 vi) Upon the purchase of a Shell Recharge HK$180 charging prepaid pass^ via the Shell Recharge App, a HK$20 “Scuderia Ferrari HP Merchandise Cash Voucher” will be awarded.

 # For a single transaction of 25 litres of Shell V‑Power Racing, one (1) “Ferrari HP Merchandise Cash Voucher” will be awarded. For a single transaction of 50 litres, two (2) vouchers will be awarded, and so on.
 ^After Shell Recharge Members purchase a HK$180 prepaid pass, the cash voucher will be sent to the registered email address.

4. Only one (1) “Ferrari HP Merchandise Cash Voucher” can be used per transaction.

5. Shell GO+ member must present one time password (OTC) for identity verification before payment to enjoy the redemption offer.

6. Scuderia Ferrari HP Merchandise are available in limited quantities, while stocks last. No further notice will be given once items are sold out. 

7. The Scuderia Ferrari HP 2026 Hoodie, Scuderia Ferrari HP 2026 Driver T‑Shirt and Scuderia Ferrari Team 2026 Driver Cap are not available for fitting. All items are non‑refundable and non‑exchangeable once sold. Customers are advised to inspect the merchandise for damages before leaving the counter.

8. Scuderia Ferrari HP Team 2025 1:5 Scale Driver Helmet Model is available for redemption at six (6) Shell gas stations only, including: Quarry Bay Station, Electric Road Station, Argyle Street Station, Boundary Street Station, Shatin CityOne Station, and San Hui Station.

9. Scuderia Ferrari HP Merchandise are available for purchase by Shell GO+ Members only.

10. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, except specifically stated.

11. This promotion does not apply to purchases of packed fuel or fuel paid for using Shell vouchers.

12. Shell Hong Kong Limited reserves the right to vary, add or amend these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice. 

13. Shell Hong Kong Limited reserves the right to the final decision in case of disputes.

14. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

15. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

General Terms and Conditions:

1. This Promotion runs from 1 April 2026 [00:00] and ends on 31 May 2026 [23:59](“Promotion Period”).

2. This Promotion is only applicable to Hong Kong Shell GO+ members. To participate, participants must invite one new or existing Shell GO+ member to become their racing partner, complete the registration form on the designated page of the Shell App, and form a team together.

3. The registration form is valid from now until 23:59 on 30 April 2026. Late, incomplete or system-error submissions will not be accepted.

4. Shell GO+ members must provide a valid Hong Kong Shell GO+ registered mobile number and GO+ membership number. In case of any incorrect information, participants will not be eligible for prizes, and no re‑issuance or prize arrangement will be made.

5. Each GO+ member may only form one Shell Team. In the event of duplicate registrations, only the first registration recorded in the Shell GO+ system based on system timestamp shall be considered valid. Any subsequent duplicate entries will be deemed invalid.

6. The Shell Team Challenge Hong Kong Station consists of two stages, as follows:

i) April Qualification Stage: Team Formation Challenge

a. During April, teams with a total accumulated spending of HK$3,000 or above (after discount) on eligible Shell GO+ transactions (excluding refunds reversal or voided transactions) as recorded by the Shell GO+ system will each receive: One HK$50 fuel cash voucher per team member
b. If one team member is a New GO+ Member, each team member will additionally receive: One Shell Shiny Auto Car Wash Service voucher (valued HK$150)
c. Teams successfully completing the April Qualification Stage will automatically advance to the May Grand Final Challenge, subject to compliance with these Terms and Conditions .

d. ii) May – Grand Final Stage

e. During the Promotion Period, teams with the highest accumulated Shell GO+ transactions as recorded by the Shell GO+ system will receive the following prizes per team:

1^st Prize Team: 500 litres of Shell V‑Power Racing;

2^nd Prize Team: 150 litres of Shell V‑Power Racing; and

3^rd Prize Team: 50 litres of Shell V‑Power Racing;

 in each case to be redeemed via Shell GO+ fuel vouchers or equivalent fuel credits.

4^th to 100^th Prize Teams: Two Shell V‑Power Racing Free Upgrade Vouchers

a. In case of a tie, the earliest transaction timestamp prevails, as determine by Shell GO+ system records.

7. A New Shell GO+ Member refers to customers who successfully register as Shell GO+ members for the first time on or after 1 April 2026. Members who re‑register after account cancellation will not be regarded as New Shell GO+ Members.

8. Both Shell GO+ member accounts within a team must each have eligible spending recorded during the Promotion Period in order for the team to qualify .

9. Prizes for the April Qualifying Stage will be credited to the registered Shell GO+ accounts on or before 22 May 2026. Prizes for the May Grand Final Stage will be credited on or before 19 June 2026.

10. Any prizes awarded to a team in the May Grand Final Stage will be credited to the two Shell GO+ member accounts of both team members, with the total prize value divided equally between the two accounts.

11. Accumulated spending for the May Grand Final Stage includes only eligible transactions recorded in the Shell GO+ system during the Promotion Period and excludes any refunded, reversed or voided transactions.

12. This Promotion is open to Hong Kong residents only. Each eligible Shell GO+ member may win/receive prizes one (1) time only during April Qualification Stage and may receive maximum one (1) prize entitlement only during May Grand Final Stage. Winners must provide a valid mobile number and Shell GO+ number for identity verification and prize collection.

13. Records of participation and results shall be determined solely by the computer records of Shell Hong Kong Limited, which shall be final and binding.

14. Team names must not contain obscene, offensive, defamatory, illegal, or inappropriate content. Shell Hong Kong Limited reserves the right to remove registrations and disqualify participants

15. Prizes are not transferable, resalable, or exchangeable for cash, credit or in kind and are subject to the terms herein.

16. Winners agree that Hong Kong Shell Limited reserves the right to publish their names in its advertisements and promotional materials.

17. Shell Hong Kong Limited reserves the right to amend, supplement, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

18. In case of any dispute, the decision of Shell Hong Kong Limited shall be final.

19. If there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

Personal Data Collection Statement

20. For the purpose of this promotion, Hong Kong Shell Limited needs to collect personal data from participants. If participants fail to provide the required data, Hong Kong Shell Limited will not be able to process or accept the registration. Participants must agree that Hong Kong Shell Limited will use their personal data (including transfers) according to its Privacy and Data Protection Policy and the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance for the purpose of this promotion. 21. This promotion is administered by Hong Kong Shell Limited, and customer personal data collected will be used for purposes related to this Promotion.

22. Participants agree to receive phone calls, emails, and SMS messages from Hong Kong Shell Limited regarding this Promotion.

General Terms and Conditions:

1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion period is April 1,2026 to June 30, 2026, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
2. Unless otherwise specified, this promotion applies to principal and supplementary cardholders ("Cardholders") of Citi Credit Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited ("Citibank") ("Eligible Cards"). Shell (“Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if its payment system cannot handle any of the Eligible Card type(s). Please contact the Merchant for details.
3. A "Single Net Transaction" applies to the final amount of a single transaction after deduction of all applicable discounts, reductions, cash rebate and value of gift vouchers. For the avoidance of doubt, the promotion is not applicable to the following types of transactions: payment of shipping fees, purchase of e-Gift Vouchers, any transactions that are subject to unposted/ falsified/ cancelled/return of goods and/or refund; all fund transfers, or any other payment transactions as specified by Citibank from time to time.
4. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion is not applicable to transactions made via any eWallet or 3rd party payment methods (e.g. Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, AlipayHK, WeChat Pay, Octopus or Tap & Go, etc.).
5. Citibank will determine the eligibility of Cardholders to participate in this promotion, as well as the eligibility of the transactions based on Citibank's records.
6. In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which the offers were awarded, Citibank reserves the right to deduct from the Cardholder’s credit card account or bank account linked to the relevant debit card the equivalent amount of the offers without prior notice.
7. Cardholders’ credit card accounts and or bank accounts must be valid and with good record during the promotion period and the fulfilment period in order to be eligible to receive the offers, otherwise Citibank reserves the right to forfeit the offers without prior notice.
8. Cardholders must keep and submit the relevant original credit card sales slips and/or other documents in respect of the transaction for inspection upon request by Citibank. All documents submitted to Citibank will not be returned.
9. Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used to settle delivery fee, cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, promo code discounts offered by the Merchant, or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
10. 1. The promotion applies to principal and supplementary cardholders of Citi Credit Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”), who are also Shell GO+ members ("Cardholders").
2. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders can enjoy an additional discount of HKD1 per litre for Shell V-Power Racing gasoline & Shell FuelSave gasoline spending with physical Eligible Card on every Tuesday and Friday.
3. Quota of the offer is limited and only available while the quota lasts on a first-come-first-served basis with no further notice.
4. To enjoy the offer, cardholders must present Shell GO+ One-Timecode (OTC) or QR code to verify Shell GO+ member identity before payment is made.
5. Offer can be used in conjunction with Shell GO+ member basic loyalty gasoline discount or Shell App in-app gasoline offers except specifically stated.

3. Offer 1 cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
4. Offer 2, 3 will start from 1-31 May​ on every Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday [00:00] , and end on the same day [23:59] (“Promotion Period”), with no minimum spending requirement.
