Instant Earn and Rewards With GO+

1. This promotion is valid from 00:00 (HKT) on 1 November 2025 to 23:59 (HKT) on 31 December 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

2. Customers must be existing members of both The Club and Shell GO+ to participate in this promotion (“Eligible Customers”).

3. During the Promotion Period, customers must successfully register once via the designated in-app page in Shell Hong Kong and Macau App (“Shell App”) as a Shell GO+ member and fulfil the specified spending requirements in order to be eligible to earn Clubpoints rewards. The details are as follows:

i. Offer 1: Offer for new Shell GO+ members registered during promotion period only*: Earn 300 Clubpoints upon a single gasoline purchase of 25 litres or more.
ii. Offer 2: Offer for existing Shell GO+ members only*: Earn 300 Clubpoints for every additional 25 litres of gasoline purchased in the current month compared to their total gasoline consumption in the previous month. For example: If cumulative gasoline consumption in November 2025 exceeds October 2025 by 25 litres, or December 2025 exceeds November 2025 by 25 litres.

Each Shell GO+ account is eligible to participate in either Offer 1 or Offer 2 per calendar month, but not both.

*Gasoline purchases made on Wednesdays and Shell Clearwater Bay Road gas station(s) are excluded from this promotion. Each Shell GO+ account may receive a maximum of two (2) rewards of Offer 1 or Offer 2 per calendar month (i.e. a maximum of 600 Clubpoints per month).

4. Customers must present their Shell GO+ one-time code (OTC) and complete verification before payment to enjoy the above offers.

5. Customers must provide a valid and accurate The Club membership ID via the designated page and submit successfully for the registration to be counted. Duplicate submissions or repeated use of Shell GO+ member numbers and The Club membership IDs will be deemed invalid without prior notice.

6. All Clubpoints earned in November 2025 will be credited to eligible The Club member accounts on or before 31 December 2025; all Clubpoints earned in December 2025 will be credited on or before 31 January 2026.

7. The above offers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash or other products/services, and may not be resold or forwarded.

8. The membership systems may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled or unexpected maintenance, internet or communication disruptions, or force majeure events. Shell Hong Kong Limited shall not be held liable for any failure to redeem the offers due to such circumstances.

9. Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions set out herein.

10. In the event of any fraud or misconduct, Club HKT Limited (“The Club”) and Shell Hong Kong Limited reserve the right to immediately disqualify the member and pursue legal action. 

11. In case of any dispute, Club HKT Limited (“The Club”) and Shell Hong Kong Limited shall have the right of final decision. Other The Club Terms & Conditions apply.

12. In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

1. Offer 1 will start from all Monday and Thursday from 1-31 December​ [00:00] and end on the same day[23:59]. Shell GO+ member can enjoy HK$5/L gasoline purchase discount on Monday and Thursday.
2. Offer 1 cannot be used together with Shell conditional fuel coupons and/or credit card offers unless otherwise specified.
3. Offer 1 cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
4. Offer 2, 3 will start from 1-31 December​ on every Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday [00:00] , and end on the same day [23:59] (“Promotion Period”), with no minimum spending requirement.
5. To enjoy above Offers, Shell GO+ One-Time-Code (OTC) must be presented for Shell GO+ member identity verification purposes before payment is made.
6. Offer 2, 3 cannot be used in conjunction with Shell GO+ member basic loyalty gasoline discount and Shell App in-app offers except specifically stated.

8. Above Offers cannot be resold, forwarded, transferred, exchanged for cash or other products.
9. Shell Hong Kong Limited will not bear any responsibility in any case of temporary interruptions and suspension of system due to scheduled or regular/ad hoc system maintenance work, downtimes attributable to internet or electronic communications or events of force majeure, which caused failure of redeeming and using of this offer.
10. Shell Hong Kong Limited reserves the right to the final decision in case of disputes, and reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
11. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
