Challenge Days

Promotion Scope

1. Applicable at designated participating Shell gas stations in Hong Kong and Macao. The Shell 16.44-Second Challenge (the “Challenge”) is organized by Shell Hong Kong Limited (“Shell”) and is valid only on the following designated Challenge Days: 25–26 July 2026, 1–2 August 2026, 8–9 August 2026, 15–16 August 2026, 22–23 August 2026, 29–30 August 2026, 5–6 September 2026, 12–13 September 2026, 19–20 September 2026 and 26–27 September 2026 (the “Challenge Days”). Each of the foregoing date ranges constitutes a separate “Challenge Period”. Each Challenge Period commences at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday and ends at 11:59 p.m. on Sunday.
2. The Challenge is available only at designated participating Shell gas stations in Hong Kong and Macao. Shell reserves the right to update the list of participating gas stations from time to time without prior notice.
3. To participate in the 16.44 second Challenge, customers must complete one of the following qualifying transactions during the relevant Challenge Period:
   1. Shell GO+ members: Complete an on-site Shell V-Power Racing gasoline transaction at a designated participating Shell gas station during the Challenge Days and before participating in the Challenge. No minimum spending requirement applies. Customers must present a valid Shell GO+ one-time code (“OTC”) and complete verification before payment.
   2. Shell Card customers: Complete an on-site Shell V-Power Racing gasoline transaction using a valid Shell Card at a designated participating Shell gas station during the Challenge Days and before participating in the Challenge. No minimum spending requirement applies.
   3. Shell Recharge customers (Hong Kong only): Successfully make a single top-up of HK$180 through the Shell Recharge App during the period from 25 July to 27 September 2026. Eligible customers will receive a redemption barcode by email. Each valid barcode may be used to participate in the Challenge once only at a designated participating Shell service station.
4. Each qualifying gasoline transaction or valid barcode entitles the customer to one (1) entry into the Challenge only. Each person may receive a maximum of one reward per day under the Challenge, regardless of the number of qualifying transactions made, barcodes held or Challenge attempts completed.
5. To complete the Challenge, eligible participants must stop the designated stopwatch provided by Shell station staff. The result must be recorded and verified by Shell station staff (the “Verified Result”). Participants whose Verified Result is exactly 16.44 seconds may be eligible for the corresponding reward set out below, subject to reward availability and these Terms and Conditions.
6. For each Challenge Period, Shell will provide Shell GO+ members with a total reward pool equivalent to 1,000 litres of Shell V-Power Racing gasoline. The reward pool will be shared equally among all verified winning Shell GO+ members whose Verified Result is exactly 16.44 seconds during the relevant Challenge Period.
7. For Shell GO+ members, the gasoline reward allocated to each eligible winner will be converted into Shell GO+ points.
   • Reward gasoline allocated to each winner (litres) = 1,000 litres ÷ total number of winners
   • Each winner’s reward will be issued in the form of Shell GO+ points. The reward points will be calculated based on the listed price of Shell V-Power Racing in the winner’s location, being Hong Kong or Macao, less the applicable basic member fuel discount.
   • The listed price of Shell V-Power Racing will be determined as at 12:00 a.m. on the Saturday of each Challenge Period.
   • For winners in Hong Kong, the reward points will be calculated as follows:
   • Shell GO+ points = allocated litres of gasoline × (listed price of Shell V-Power Racing in Hong Kong − basic member discount of HK$7 per litre)
   • For winners in Macao, the reward points will be calculated as follows:
   • Shell GO+ points = allocated litres of gasoline × (listed price of Shell V-Power Racing in Macao − applicable basic member fuel discount)
   • Shell reserves the right to calculate the final number of points to be issued in accordance with the Shell GO+ points-conversion mechanism and applicable rounding principles.
   • No cash, change, refund or other form of compensation will be provided. The number of eligible Shell GO+ winners and the share of the reward pool allocated to each winner will be calculated based on Shell’s records, which shall be final and binding. The calculated Shell GO+ points reward will be automatically credited to the winning member's account within 7 working days after the end of each relevant Challenge Period. The list of winners for each Challenge Period will be announced every Monday on the Shell Hong Kong Facebook and Instagram pages.
8. A Shell Card customer whose Verified Result is exactly 16.44 seconds will receive selected merchandise from a Shell Select convenience. The merchandise awarded will be determined by Shell and may vary according to the participating station and stock availability. Gift items are subject to actual stock availability at the participating station. Shell reserves the right to substitute any item with another item of a similar value without prior notice.
9. A Shell Recharge customer (Hong Kong only) whose Verified Result is exactly 16.44 seconds will receive one HK$100 Shell Recharge EV Charging e-Voucher.
10. Participants whose Verified Result is exactly 16.44 seconds must complete the required on-site registration procedures and provide the information reasonably required by Shell to process and issue the reward. Such information may include the participant’s name, mobile number, Shell GO+ membership number, Shell Card transaction proof, Shell Recharge registration details, barcode voucher, transaction receipt and/or any other relevant information reasonably required for reward processing.
11. Shell gas station staff may photograph or otherwise record the Verified Result, transaction receipt, barcode voucher and/or relevant information for record-keeping and reward-processing purposes. If a participant fails to provide the required information, or if the information provided is incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, invalid or unverifiable, Shell reserves the right to reject the relevant participation and/or withhold the reward without further notice.
12. Any late, incomplete, altered, damaged, duplicated, falsified or fraudulent participation record, or any participation record affected by a system error, will not be accepted.
13. Each participant is responsible for participating safely and following all instructions given by Shell station staff. Shell reserves the right to refuse or stop any participation if a participant acts in an unsafe, disruptive, abusive, fraudulent or otherwise inappropriate manner.
14. Unless otherwise specified by Shell, all rewards, coupons, vouchers, GO+ points and gift items are non-transferable, non-resalable and non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, other products or services.
15. Unless otherwise specified by Shell, rewards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, discounts, coupons or privileges.
16. Shell GO+ points, Shell Select merchandises, Shell Recharge vouchers and/or other rewards will be issued in accordance with Shell’s records and applicable reward-processing procedures. The issuance date, validity period and redemption method will be subject to the relevant Shell GO+, Shell Select, Shell Card or Shell Recharge system arrangements.
17. Shell makes no warranty or representation, whether express or implied, regarding the quality, merchantability or suitability for use of any merchandise. Shell shall not be liable for any loss, injury or damage suffered or incurred by any person in connection with the merchandise or its use.
18. Shell will not be responsible for any failure, interruption, defect, delay, network failure, internet or electronic communications interruption, technical malfunction of any telecommunications network, computer system, server or software, transaction reversal, voided transaction, or any event beyond Shell’s reasonable control that affects participation in the Challenge, reward processing, reward issuance or reward redemption.
19. In the event of any fraud, abuse, misconduct, suspected manipulation, use of false information, duplicate participation or breach of these Terms and Conditions, Shell reserves the right to disqualify the participant and withhold or cancel any reward.
20. In no event will Shell be liable for any loss or damage, including without limitation any loss of income, profits or goodwill, or any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages suffered by any party, including any third party, howsoever arising, whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, in connection with the Challenge, even if Shell has been advised in advance of the possibility of such damages. All such damages are expressly excluded.
21. Shell reserves the right to amend, suspend, terminate or cancel the Challenge and/or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
22. Participation in the Challenge constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
23. In the event of any dispute regarding these Terms and Conditions, the conduct or results of the Challenge, or any other matter relating to the Challenge, Shell’s decision shall be final to the extent permitted by applicable law.
24. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
25. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

Personal Data Collection Statement

1. For the purpose of this promotion, Shell Hong Kong Limited may collect and use participants’ personal data and other information reasonably required for administering the Challenge, including but not limited to name, mobile number, Shell GO+ membership number,  Shell Card transaction information, Shell Recharge registration information, QR code voucher record, and transaction receipt details.
2. The information collected will be used for purposes relating to this Challenge, including but not limited to verifying eligibility, processing participation records, issuing rewards, contacting participants, handling enquiries, preventing fraud or misuse, administering the Challenge and conducting related promotional or publicity activities.
3. If participants fail to provide the required information, Shell Hong Kong Limited may be unable to process the participation or issue the relevant reward.
4. By participating in this Challenge, participants have consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal data by Shell Hong Kong Limited and its service providers for the purposes of administering the Challenge in accordance with Shell Hong Kong Limited’s Privacy Policy and the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of Hong Kong. Shell GO+ Points Bidding for Exclusive Collectibles

Terms and Conditions

1. The Shell GO+ Points Bidding Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by Shell Hong Kong Limited (“Shell”).
2. This Promotion commences at 12:00 a.m. on 25 July 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. on 31 August 2026, both dates and times inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).
3. The Promotion is open only to Shell GO+ members in Hong Kong and Macao. Participants must hold a valid Shell App account.
4. Shell GO+ members must register for the Promotion by completing and submitting the designated form in the Shell App. The registration form will be available from the date of its launch until 11:59 p.m. on 31 August 2026. Late or incomplete submissions, or submissions that cannot be properly received due to technical or system issues, system errors, will not be accepted.
5. Shell GO+ members must provide the correct mobile telephone number and GO+ membership number registered with a valid Hong Kong or Macao Shell GO+ account and ensuring that the account information is complete and up to date. If any information provided is incorrect or cannot be verified against Shell’s records, or the participant is found not to be an eligible Shell GO+ member, Shell reserves the right to disqualify the registration and select the next eligible participant.  No replacement prize, compensation or alternative arrangement will be provided.
6. The collectibles available for the Promotion are set out below (the “Collectibles”):
   1. 2025 Charles Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton autographed Team Cap — 2 pieces
   2. 2026 Charles Leclerc autographed Team Cap — 2 pieces 
   3. 2025 Scuderia Ferrari 1:5 Scale Driver Helmet Model autographed by Charles Leclerc — 4 pieces 
7. The minimum bid for each Collectible is 10,000 GO+ points. Each bid must be submitted in whole GO+ points and may be increased in increments of at least 1 GO+ point. A bid submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (a “Valid Bid”) will be eligible for consideration in determining the successful participants.
8. Each Shell GO+ member may complete and submit the bidding form more than once during the Promotion Period.
9. For each Collectible, only the last Valid Bid successfully submitted by that member during the Promotion Period will be considered in the final ranking. All other lower bids submitted by the same participant for the same collectible shall be automatically superseded and disregarded. Bids may not be amended or withdrawn after the Promotion Period has ended.
10. A successful bidder must maintain sufficient GO+ points in their GO+ account at the end of the Promotion Period and until the relevant GO+ points are deducted. If the successful bidder does not have sufficient GO+ points at the time of deduction, the successful bid will be deemed invalid and the Collectible will be offered to the next highest eligible bidder.
11. All bids will be used solely for Shell’s internal assessment and administration of the Promotion. Bids will not be publicly disclosed or displayed to other participants, except the highest bidding result.
12. Each Collectible will be awarded to the participant who submits the highest Valid Bid for that Collectible, up to the number of available Collectibles. The relevant GO+ points will be deducted only from a selected participant(s) who have confirmed acceptance of the Collectible. No GO+ points will be deducted from unsuccessful participants.
13. Valid Bids for each Collectible will be ranked from highest to lowest according to the number of GO+ points offered, and the available Collectibles will be allocated based on such ranking. If two or more participants submit the same highest Valid Bid, priority will be given to the participant whose Valid Bid was submitted first, according to Shell’s system records. Available Collectibles will be allocated to participants in order of ranking until all available Collectibles have been allocated.
14. Once a selected participant has confirmed acceptance of the Collectible, the corresponding number of GO+ points will be deducted from the participant’s GO+ account.
15. All selected participants will be contacted via the mobile number provided in the registration form within 10 working days [PS2.1]from the end of the Promotion Period. Shell reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion, to extend the timeline for successful bidder announcement and/or to modify the method of notification.
16. If a selected participant fails to respond within the specified period, declines to collect or accept the Collectible, fails to provide the required information, has insufficient GO+ points in their account, or fails to complete the required identity-verification procedures, Shell reserves the right to disqualify that participant and select the next eligible participant according to the bid ranking. Any unclaimed Collectibles after the redemption deadline set by Shell for Collectible redemption will be forfeited, and no correspondence or appeal will be entertained. 
17. All participation records relating to the Promotion will be determined according to the computer records of Shell. Such records will be final and binding, and participants shall not raise any objection.
18. The right to receive a Collectible is personal to the selected participant and is non-transferrable. The Collectible cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any other item, and Shell will not facilitate any transfer, resale or exchange of the collectable. 
19. The Collectibles are given out on an “as it is” condition. The Collectibles shall be used/taken entirely at the risk of the participants and Shell excludes all warranties and liabilities in connection with the Collectibles to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Collectibles shown on any advertising materials are for illustration purposes only. The actual specification, design and colour of the Collectibles may differ from the pictures.
20. Shell makes no warranty or representation (whether express or implied) on the quality, merchantability or suitability for use of the Collectibles. Shell shall not be liable for any loss, injury or damage that may be suffered or incurred by any person in connection with these Collectibles or the use of the Collectibles.
21. Proof of submission of a bid is not proof of receipt, and Shell shall not be liable for any delay, lost, damaged and/or non-receipt of submissions. Shell shall not be responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorised access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of the telecommunications network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail or participants on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet.
22. Each successful participant agrees that Shell Hong Kong Limited may publish the successful participant’s name or partial name and/or GO+ membership identifier in connection with announcing the Promotion results.
23. Shell reserves the right to vary, supplement or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
24. In no event will Shell be liable for any loss or damages including without limitation, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, in connection with this Promotion, even if Shell has been advised of the possibility of such damages in advance, and all such damages are expressly excluded.
25. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong.

3. If a participant is unable to provide the required personal data, Shell may be unable to process or accept the participant’s registration or participation.
4. By participating in this Promotion, each participant agrees that Shell may use, process and, where necessary, transfer the participant’s personal data for the purposes of administering the Promotion, in accordance with Shell’s privacy and data-protection policy and the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. General Terms and Conditions:

1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion period is July 1,2026 to September 30 2026, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
2. Unless otherwise specified, this promotion applies to principal and supplementary cardholders ("Cardholders") of Citi Credit Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited ("Citibank") ("Eligible Cards"). 3. A "Single Net Transaction" applies to the final amount of a single transaction after deduction of all applicable discounts, reductions, cash rebate and value of gift vouchers. 6. 1. The promotion applies to principal and supplementary cardholders of Citi Credit Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”), who are also Shell GO+ members ("Cardholders").
2. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders can enjoy an additional discount of HKD1 per litre for Shell V-Power Racing gasoline & Shell FuelSave gasoline spending with physical Eligible Card on every Tuesday and Friday.
3. Quota of the offer is limited and only available while the quota lasts on a first-come-first-served basis with no further notice.
4. To enjoy the offer, cardholders must present Shell GO+ One-Timecode (OTC) or QR code to verify Shell GO+ member identity before payment is made.
5. Offer can be used in conjunction with Shell GO+ member basic loyalty gasoline discount or Shell App in-app gasoline offers except specifically stated.

17. For the avoidance of doubt, Cardholders’ eligibility to earn the extra Shell e-vouchers is based on each one-off conversion made by the Cardholders per day. Cardholders are not entitled to the extra Shell e-vouchers under Points Conversion Offer by combining the amount of converted Shell e-vouchers from: (i) different conversions within the same day; or (ii) different days during Promotion Period. For example, a Cardholder is not entitled to any extra Shell e-vouchers under Points Conversion Offer if he/she converts HKD100 Shell e-vouchers in any one day during Promotion Period and converts another HKD100 Shell e-vouchers on another day during Promotion Period ; while a Cardholder who converts HKD200 Shell e-vouchers in a single conversion on any day during Promotion Period will be entitled to HKD20 extra Shell e-vouchers.
18. Cardholders are required to maintain sufficient available Citi Points of equivalent value of HKD200 in their Eligible Card accounts in order to complete the Redemption to enjoy the offers under this Promotion.
19. Shell e-vouchers will be credited to Cardholders’ Shell GO+ accounts upon successful Redemption. Shell will solely determine the eligibility of Cardholders to receive the offers under this Promotion based on its records at its sole and absolute discretion. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the fulfilment arrangement of the offers. For any disputes, please contact Shell.
20. Words and expressions used herein unless otherwise specifically defined shall have the same meaning as in the “Citi Points Conversion to Shell e-vouchers” Terms and Conditions.
21. This Promotion and all Redemptions are subject to “Citi Points Conversion to Shell e-vouchers” Terms and Conditions.
22. Citibank and the Merchant have the right to suspend, terminate or cancel the offers under this Promotion at any time without any prior notice.
23. Shell e-vouchers under the Redemption will be credited to Cardholders’ corresponding Shell GO+ accounts by Shell upon successful Redemption, which will be valid upon crediting subject to its terms and conditions. Cardholders may go to their Shell GO+ accounts on Shell App for details.
