- We’re working hard to upgrade software and hardware on sites in this period , which may cause temporary site closures. Please check charger status in the Shell Recharge App before visiting.
- Use your remaining coupons during this period. Any unused coupons(except Welcome Offer) will automatically migrate to your account after 7 days of the new platform launch.

The current monthly charging service plan will end on 30 November 2025. If you are a subscriber, the auto-renewal feature will be disabled starting 1 December 2025.
