1. Pre-order Promotion (the “Promotion”) is organized by Shell Hong Kong Limited (“Shell”). The Promotion will start on 1 May 2026 [07:00] and end on 30 June 2026 [23:59].
2. The Promotion will have 3 phases:
1st phase: Pre-order period: 1 May 2026 [7:00] to 17 May 2026 [23:59]. Pick-up period: 26 May 2026 [7:00] to 1 June 2026 [23:59].
2nd phase: Pre-order period: 18 May 2026 [7:00] to 7 June 2026 [23:59]. Pick-up period: 15 June 2026 [7:00] to 21 June 2026 [23:59].
3rd phase: Pre-order period: 8 June 2026 [7:00] to 30 June 2026 [23:59]. Pick-up period: 8 July 2026 [7:00] to 14 July 2026 [23:59].
3. Any redemption after the Promotion period shall be deemed invalid. The Promotion period may be adjusted without further notice.
4. Pre-ordered product must be collected at the same SHELL SELECT store where pre-order is confirmed by presenting the redemption receipt. Shell reserves the right to refuse redemption if the redemption receipt is lost, damaged or not presented.
5. No refund or exchange for any pre-ordered products and/or free gifts. Any after sales service and/ or warranty shall be provided by the relevant suppliers. Customers are required to complete the necessary registration as required by the related suppliers and retain the original receipt. Shell shall not be responsible for any matters related to after sales service and/ or warranty for the pre-order products. For the avoidance of doubt, no warranty is provided for the free gifts and Shell shall not be responsible for any matter related thereto.
6. Upon purchase, customers should check the pre-ordered product’s packaging. If there are any issues with the packaging, such as the packaging being opened, or there is a surface dent etc., customers shall immediately and request for a replacement on the spot. Shell reserves the right to refuse any subsequent request for replacement.
7. Pictures are for reference only. Pre-Ordered products and/or free gift are available in limited quantity and are only available while stock lasts.
8. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions except specifically stated.
9. By submitting the pre-order customer form, customers expressly agree and consent to allow Shell, its affiliates. agencies and service providers to process customers’ personal data provided for this Promotion for any and all purposes in relation to this Promotion in accordance with Shell’s Privacy Notice (www.shell.com.hk/en_hk/privacy.html).
10. Except as required by the law, Shell shall not be liable or responsible for the quality or fitness for use of the pre-ordered products and/or any loss, injury or damage suffered or incurred by any person in connection with this Promotion or the use of the pre-ordered products.
11. Shell shall have the right of final decision in the event of disputes and have the right at any time to terminate the Promotion or amend any of the terms and conditions set out herein without giving any notice to the customers.
12. If there are any discrepancies between the English and the Chinese terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
