  1. “LINK EV Station Promotion – Parking Privilege” ("Promotion”) is organised by Link Property Management Services Limited (“Organiser”);
  2. For Parking Privilege Promotion Period ("Promotion Period”), Participating Car Parks, Participating Charging Service Provider, redemption location and redemption time, please refer to Appendix 1;
  3. Promotion is applicable to the private car driven in the Participating Car Park within the prescribed time;
  4. Participating in the Redemption signifies agreement and acceptance of these terms and conditions
  5. During the Promotion Period, Customer by presenting (i) on-day EV charging record of the designated charging service provider within the Participating Car Park and (ii) a machine printed receipt via electronic payment from the same shopping centre and/or fresh market with any spending can enjoy 2 hours’ parking privilege; 
  6. Customers are required to present original machine-printed receipt(s) and the corresponding electronic payment slip(s) or record (s) at the designated customer service counter within prescribed time (please check with the customer service counter for the prescribed time);
  7. All receipt(s) must be original machine-printed receipt(s), clearly showing the shop’s name, transaction date, time and spending amount, issued within the Promotion Period and redeemed on the date of spending;
  8. All receipts used for Redemption must be issued within the Promotion Period and redeemed on the day of spending. All out-dated receipts will not be accepted;
  9. The receipt(s) must be issued by the same shopping centre and/or fresh market merchant and redeemed at that shopping centre;
  10. Split payment receipts will not be accepted. Spending shall not be divided into multiple receipts/slips for enjoying the Redemption and only one receipt issued by the same tenant on the same day is accepted for the Redemption;
  11. Electronic payment includes credit card, EPS, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Tap & Go, AlipayHK, WeChat Pay, BoC Pay, PayMe from HSBC, Octopus Card, Octopus Wallet, TNG Wallet or other mobile payment apps, or other stored value payment tools regulated by the Payment Systems and Stored Value Facilities Ordinance (Cap 584);
  12. The following receipts will not be accepted: (i) receipts of payment in the form of cash/shop gift certificates/cake coupons/moon cake coupons/cash coupons, etc. or receipts for any form of prepayment or deposit(s); (ii) receipts from bank, elderly homes, nursing homes, medical centre, gold saving instalment plans, employment agencies, securities & investment companies, Hong Kong Jockey Club, promotional venue, exhibition booths, purchases of courses and/or classes from tutorial and education institutions, purchases of beauty centre vouchers and/or packages, ticket-sales, re-loading of Octopus card and mobile payment application, PPS payment, legal fees, real estate commission, property conveyancing fee, rental payments, any deposits, bill payment to Government departments, public utility companies (including but not limited to electricity and gas companies) and telecommunications companies, postal products, payment by stored-value or value-adding cards, counterfoils of credit card and EPS payment slips; (iii) receipts for stamp purchase from Hong Kong Post Office; (iv) receipts for purchasing or adding value to any form of merchant membership cards, tokens, any store gift voucher or cake coupons; receipts for purchasing gold nuggets and gold bars; (v) receipts for online shopping/takeaway order platform (including online payment for in-store pickup), and third party online takeout selfpickup platforms;
  13. The net total spending amount is calculated after deduction of any credit cards, EPS, gift/cake coupon or membership cards or mobile payment application credits and incentives, etc. the net spending amount listed on the receipt shall prevail;
  14. All EV charging records and receipt(s) for spending must be verified by the staff of the Organiser.  During the verifying process, Customer will be required to provide (i)the corresponding EV charging record and (ii)receipt(s) for spending via electronic payment to verify and confirm the related transaction information. Should there be any doubts or the Member fails and/or refuses to provide the above information, the staff of the Organiser has the absolute discretion to refuse to accept record or receipt(s);
  15. Customers must register and redeem the parking privilege at the designated customer service counter during designated redemption time with required original machine-printed receipt(s) and the corresponding electronic payment slip(s) before leaving the designated car park;
  16. EV charging record and all receipt(s) used for redemption will be photo-recorded or sealed by the staff of the Organiser for the record purpose. The used EV charging record and receipt(s) shall not be reused to redeem this privilege.  All photo record will be destroyed within two months after the end of the Promotion;
  17. The parking privilege will be granted to Customer upon verification of record. Customer should examine the parking privilege on the spot and immediately request for rectification, if there is any question. No request for rectification or compensation will be entertained afterwards;
  18. In order to avoid any disorder, each Customer should queue up and present only 1 set of verified EV charging record and receipt(s) to redeem parking privilege each time and shall not queue up for other Customer(s). Customer is required to queue up again once he/she has left the queue;
  19. The Parking privilege is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other privilege/gift;
  20. Parking privilege promotion is applicable to private cars only, please refer to Transport Department for the definition or the relevant legislations and regulations;
  21. The Organiser reserves the right to make appropriate measures or changes and to implement appropriate control measures on the Redemption at any time in compliance with relevant laws or subsidiary regulations (including but not limited to latest Government’s anti-epidemic measures) on the Redemption any time as the Organiser thinks fit without further notice;
  22. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with 12 Hours Park, 24 Hours Park, One Link Pass or other parking privilege redemption of corresponding shopping centre [except Accessible Hourly Parking Privilege];
  23. The Organiser shall not be responsible or liable for any losses arising from any delay, mistake, omission, unrecognisable scenario, network interruption, failure of the event/Organiser’s website, operation system and applications;
  24. If any behavior is found to disrupt/affect/interfere with the Redemption, the Customer’s eligibility to the Redemption will be immediately cancelled, and the Organiser reserves all rights to pursue or take legal action for any losses;
  25. To maintain order, the Organiser reserves the right to refuse the participation of anyone who may affect the operation of the Redemption;
  26. Customer should take care of their personal belongings. The Organiser will not be liable to any losses;
  27. The distribution of the quota of Promotion shall be determined by the staff of Organiser and the Customer shall raise no objection;
  28. The Organiser is not the supplier of the EV charging and shall not be liable or responsible therefor in any event.  Should there be any questions or queries as to the specification or quality of the EV charging services and/or any complaint, Member should contact the corresponding supplier or services provider directly.  The Organiser shall not be responsible for any liabilities in relation to the EV charging services, and/or compensation for any matters whatsoever arising therefor;
  29. The terms and conditions for usage of car park of the Participating Car Park apply to “LINK EV Charging Station Promotion – Parking Privilege”. Parking spaces in the car park in the shopping centre or estate or court are to be solely used for parking vehicles belonging to the residents or occupiers of the corresponding estate or court or shopping centre (including fresh market inside the shopping centre) as the case may be or their bona fide guests and visitors so specified in the government lease / deed of mutual covenant. Please refer to the Conditions of Parking and Use displayed at the entrance of the car park;
  30. The Organiser reserves the right without prior notice to cancel, suspend, postpone the Promotion or amend any of the terms and conditions herein and the Organiser shall not be held responsible for any losses or consequences caused, either directly or indirectly, by such cancellation, suspension, postponement or amendments;
  31. In case of dispute, the decision of the Organiser shall be final and binding;
  32. In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions of these terms & conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail;

  2. This Offer is effective from November 04, 2025, 00:00 to November 17, 2025, 23:59.
  3. The Offer provides up to 10 kWh and is applicable to all fast-charging plans. If the customer is unable to use the full 10 kWh during the charging session, the remaining amount cannot be accumulated or carried over to the next session.
  4. In the event the charging session is interrupted or unsuccessful, and/or if the charging transaction is refunded or reversed for any reason whatsoever, the customer will not be entitled to the Offer. Shell Hong Kong Limited shall not be liable under any circumstances in respect of such events.
  5. This Offer is non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash, in kind or any of its equivalent.
  6. Customers must select the promo code “Link DC 10kWh”* in the payment interface of the Shell Recharge mobile app or website to enjoy the Offer, failing which the charging transaction will not qualify for the Offer. No correspondence or claims will be entertained in the event of such disqualification, and Shell shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from it. Any electric vehicle recharging transaction made prior to the successful redemption of the promo code shall not be considered valid for the Offer.

  12. Shell Hong Kong Limited reserves the right of final decision in the event of a dispute.
