Shell Recharge Promotion

Terms and Conditions of Shell Recharge Initial D EV Charging Special Offer:

1. Shell Hong Kong Limited has authorized Halo Energy Limited to jointly operate the promotion as detailed below
2. Shell Recharge members who purchase the “Initial D HK$1,750 Charging Offer” will receive Shell Recharge e-Coupon worth HK$2,000 and a set of Initial D Omamori for free. The e-Coupons are valid for 90 days.
3. Shell Recharge e-Coupon covers the EV charging fee only. The customer is required to pay the monthly or hourly parking fee to the respective car park operators.
4. The customer can register and purchase e-Coupon via the Shell Recharge website. The customer will receive a WhatsApp notification from Halo Energy Limited about the application status within 2 working days. The customer is required to pay HK$1,750 at the time of application.
5. Once the customer receives the payment confirmation WhatsApp from Halo Energy Limited, the HK$2,000 charging e-Coupon will be credited to the coupon section of the customer's Shell Recharge account within 3 working days.
6. The Initial D Omamori Set redemption link will be sent to the customer’s WhatsApp number within 3 working days after the customer receives the payment confirmation WhatsApp message from Halo Energy Limited.
7. The redemption period of Initial D Omamori Set is from 4 Sep 2025 to 31 Oct 2025.
8. After the redemption period, no further redemption service will be provided.

10.  The Initial D Omamori Set cannot be redeemed/used for cash.
11. Once the redemption order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, amended or refunded.
12. Initial D Omamori Set are available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
13. Charging e-Coupon is applicable to Fast / Mid chargers within all Shell Recharge stations. Charging prices may vary depending on the location and the requirements of the property owner.
14. Any unused balance of the e-Coupon after the validity period will not be refunded or carried forward.
15. If the Shell Recharge charging session is interrupted, ends early or the battery reaches 100% before the session ends, may result in the EV not receiving the maximum electricity capacity as indicated under the relevant service plan during the charging session. The remaining electricity from that session will not be accumulated for the next use.
