Shell Recharge Promotion

1. This offer is valid from 00:00 (HKT) on 1 October 2026 to 23:59 (HKT) on 31 December 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

2. Customers must be existing members of both yuu and Shell Recharge to participate in this promotion.

3. During the Promotion Period, customers must successfully register once via the designated page in Shell Recharge Hong Kong App (“Shell Recharge App”) as a Shell Recharge member (Click the “Redeem” button through the promotional page in the Shell Recharge App alone does not constitute successful coupon collection) and fulfil the specified spending requirements to be eligible for yuu Points rewards. Details are as follows:

a. Tier 1: Earn 1 yuu Point for every HK$1 spent on EV charging during the promotion period, based on the net charging amount after discounts.

b. Tier 2: Newly registered Shell Recharge customers who complete at least one EV charging transaction during the promotion period will earn 1,200 bonus Points.

c. Tier 3: Accumulated EV charging spending between HK$1,200 and HK$2,249.9 within promotion period-> Earn 4,000 bonus Points (valued at HK$20 Shell Recharge Cash Voucher in yuu App)

d. Tier 4: Accumulated EV charging spending exceeds HK$2,250 or above -> Earn 10,000 bonus Points (valued at HK$50 Shell Recharge Cash Voucher in yuu App)

4. The Tier 3 and Tier 4 Rewards are mutually exclusive and shall not be awarded in combination. Each eligible customer shall be entitled to receive the Bonus Points corresponding to the highest Reward Tier achieved only once. Tier 1 and Tier 2 Rewards may be awarded together with either the Tier 3 Reward or the Tier 4 Reward, as applicable.

5. All yuu Points earned from this promotion will be credited to eligible yuu member accounts on or before 28 February 2027.

6. Transactions made using a Shell Fleet Card are not eligible for this campaign and will not earn yuu Points.

7. Purchases of prepaid pass, top up, or any similar prepaid products are excluded from this campaign and will not qualify for yuu Points earning.

8. For eligible transactions where coupons, vouchers, discounts, promotional offers, or other payment instruments are applied, yuu Points will be awarded only on the net amount paid after all applicable discounts and deductions. The value of any coupons, vouchers, prepaid passes, or other discounts used will not be counted as eligible spending for yuu Points calculation. In addition, idle fees do not constitute eligible spending and will not earn yuu Points.

9. No points refund or exchange policy is applicable to this offer.

10. Shell Hong Kong Limited reserves the right to make the final decision in case of disputes and to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.

11. In case of any dispute, DFI Development (HK) Limited and Shell Hong Kong Limited shall have the right of final decision. Other yuu Terms & Conditions apply.
